Verdure Watches – Returns & Exchange Policy
At Verdure Watches, we are committed to delivering premium quality timepieces and accessories that meet your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging, including all tags, warranty cards, and accessories.

Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Final sale items, gift cards, and custom engraved products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Return Process

Request Authorization:
Email us at info@verdurewatches.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable). -
Return Instructions:
Once approved, you will receive return instructions including the return address. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval. -
Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Verdure Watches is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for:

Defective or damaged products upon arrival.

Incorrect items sent.
To initiate an exchange:

Follow the return process above.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement will be shipped at no additional cost (domestic only).
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

We will offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
International Orders

International returns are accepted, but the customer is responsible for all return shipping and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
