All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed and payment is received.

Note: During high-volume periods (such as holidays, sales, or new product launches), processing may take longer.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Estimated delivery times and shipping carriers are as follows:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery method.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $800.

Flat Rate Shipping: Available for select regions.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Verdure Watches is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:

Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details
If you realize a mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped, we will attempt to update the address.
7. Delivery Issues

Marked as Delivered but Not Received: First, check with neighbors or your local post office. If unresolved, contact us.

8. Shipping Restrictions
Some countries may have restrictions on shipping luxury goods such as watches or jewelry. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to confirm eligibility.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or embargoed nations.
